How it works

How a SHEIN group order works, step by step.

One link for everyone’s cart. Every share worked out to the cent.

A group order is one person placing a single order for friends and family, delivered together to Lebanon. TalabLB is how that person runs it — without typing in anybody else’s cart.

For the organizer

You make the decisions. Nobody types in a cart.

From an empty order to everything handed out. Only the organizer needs an account.

  1. 01Create

    Start the order.

Give it a name, choose the store — SHEIN, Temu, AliExpress, Amazon or another — and set a deadline if you want one. The people you invite see it as a countdown.

  2. 02Invite

Send one link to the group.

Share the invitation straight to WhatsApp, or show its QR code in person. It lets people join the order; it never shows anyone another person’s cart or what they owe.

  3. 03Collect

Carts come in on their own.

Each cart arrives attached to the person who sent it. Anything that came in with a detail missing — a size, a price — is flagged for you to check, and you can add the item somebody forgot.

  4. 04Re-check

Catch SHEIN price changes before you buy.

Prices move between the day a cart is shared and the day you order. For a cart shared from SHEIN, TalabLB reads it again and shows you exactly what changed. Nothing is applied until you say so.

  5. 05Split

Add the real costs, and let them divide.

When shipping and customs are known, add them and choose how each one splits: equally, by cart value, by item count, or amounts you set. Discounts and your own organizer fee work the same way. The shares always add up to the exact total — $10.00 across three people is $3.34, $3.33 and $3.33.

  6. 06Charge

Everyone gets their total, with the working.

Each person is told what they owe and sees the full breakdown on their own page. Record payments as they arrive — cash, bank transfer or mobile payment. A credit or an unpaid balance carries into the next order.

  7. 07Deliver

Place the order, then hand it out.

You buy from the store yourself — open each shared SHEIN cart and use SHEIN’s own Add All to Cart. Mark the order as placed, then move packages through shipped, arrived and handed out. People are told when their things are ready to collect.

For everyone joining

All it takes is the link and your name.

No account and no app to install. Open the link the organizer sent, type your name — a Lebanese phone number is optional — and add your items one of three ways.

  • Share your cart

    Fastest, on SHEIN

In the SHEIN app, open your cart, tap Share and copy the link. Every item, size, colour and price is read straight from it — you only set how many of each you want.

  • Paste product links

For Temu, AliExpress, Amazon or any other store. TalabLB fetches what it can from each link, and you pick the size and colour.

  • Type them in

    Slower, but it always works.

Check your items and submit. From then on your own page shows where the order has got to, what you owe and why, what you have paid, and when your things arrive. Only you and the organizer see your cart — and your personal link is your way back in, so keep it to yourself.

Questions

What people ask first.

Does TalabLB buy or deliver the order?

No. TalabLB is the tool a group order is run with. The organizer buys from the store and hands out the packages; TalabLB keeps the carts, the shares and the payments in order.

Is TalabLB part of SHEIN, Temu or AliExpress?

No. TalabLB is not affiliated with SHEIN, Temu, AliExpress or Amazon. It works with the carts and product links people share from those stores.

Do I need an account to join an order?

No. Only the organizer has an account. Everyone else opens the link they were sent.

Can other people in the order see what I bought?

No. Only you and the organizer see your cart and what you owe.

How are shipping and customs divided?

The organizer chooses for each cost: split equally, by cart value, by item count, or manual amounts. Whichever it is, the shares add up to exactly the total.

How does everyone pay?

The way they already pay the organizer — cash, bank transfer or mobile payment. TalabLB does not take payments; the organizer records each one, and everyone’s balance updates.

What if SHEIN changes a price before the order is placed?

The organizer can re-check any cart that was shared from SHEIN and see what moved before applying it. If totals were already sent out, only the difference is added to each person’s statement.

Which stores does it work with?

SHEIN works best, because a shared SHEIN cart can be read whole. Orders from Temu, AliExpress, Amazon and other stores work through product links or items typed in.

TalabLB

Stop typing other people’s carts.

They fill in their own, and TalabLB does the arithmetic. What used to take a week of messages takes an afternoon.
